- Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester: Dean Winchester is the elder brother of Sam. Just like Sam, Dean is also a member of ‘Men of Letters’. Dean is a human and trained to be a hunter by his father just like his brother. Dean is also predestined to be the vessel of Archangel Michael. Dean feels responsible for his brother Sam. And goes to great lengths to protect him from everything.
Jensen Ackles is an American actor. Besides Supernatural, he is also known for his character ‘Eric’ in ‘Days of Our Lives’. He has also worked in ‘Smallville’, ‘My Bloody Valentine 3D’ and ‘Batman: Under the Red Hood’.
- Alexander Calvert as Jack Kline and Belphegor: Alexander Calvert plays the role of Jack Kline who is the son of Lucifer and Kelly Kline. Jack came in contact with Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester who teach him how to use his powers safely.
Alexander Calvert is a Canadian actor who is known for his work in ‘The Troop’, ‘To Be Fat Like Me’ and ‘the Dead Zone’. Alexander made his first appearance in the season 12 finale. Ever since then he has been a regular on the series.

Misha Collins is an American actor, author, producer, and director.
