Vagabond Season 2
The story of Vagabond starts when an unfortunate incident results in the death of Cha Dal-gun’s nephew. He was in a plane- B 357 that crashed for mysterious reasons killing over 211 civilians. Deeply affected by the incident, Cha Dal-gun decides to involve himself in the investigation. This opens up a plethora of bizarre events and corruption.
Cha Dal-gun pairs up with a strong and vigilant NIS agent- Go Hae-Ri to uncover the real truth behind the crash of B 357. Season 1 was full of surprises and wrongdoings. We see Cha Dal-gun and Go Hae-Ri struggling against all odds to find out the truth. But the deeper they dig, the more complicated things get. Viewers can expect similar webs of mystery in season 2. Things won’t get any easier for the two central characters, but it would be fun to see them rise above all evil.
Vagabond Season 2: Plot
Cha Dal-gun is the central character of the Vagabond series. He is a stuntman who aspires to become big in life. He has a strong relationship with his nephew, who lives with him. But after the untimely demise of his nephew, Cha Dal-gun loses everything. His nephew dies in a plane crash along with 210 other civilians.
At the funeral of his nephew, Cha Dal-gun suspects that the death of his nephew might not be an accident- the plane crash might have been planned. And now it is his goal to find what is going on. Soon his path colloids with Go Hae-Ri who is a NIS agent. They both start investigating the mysterious plane crash.
Soon they discover that people in power are trying to cover up this plane crash. The plot only gets thicker from here. And during this journey to bring the truth to the surface Cha Dal-gun and Go Hae-Ri become incredibly close.
Towards the end of season 1 of Vagabond, we see that Cha Dal-gun has faked his death to protect Go Hae-Ri. Go Hae-Ri, on the other hand, plots for revenge. These things would likely form the plot of season 2. Cha Dal-gun plans to infiltrate the enemy gang and find their real motives. This will make the bulk of season 2.
Vagabond Season 3: Cast
- Lee Seung-gi as Cha Dal-gun: Lee Seung plays the role of a stuntman. He is the sole caretaker of his nephew whom he tragically losses in a plane crash. The demise of his nephew motivates him to go digging and find the real reason behind the plane crash.
Lee Seung-gi is a South Korean singer, actor, host, and entertainer. He is best known for his work in music. It includes songs like ‘Because You’re My Woman’, ‘Will You Marry Me’ and ‘Return’. His acting career includes numerous Asian dramas like ‘Brilliant Legacy’, ‘My Girlfriend is a Nice-Tailed Fox’, ‘The King 2 Hearts’, ‘Gu Family Book’ and ‘A Korean Odyssey’. He was also a part of ‘1 Night 2 Days’- a weekend variety show, and ‘Strong Heart’. Currently, he is pursuing his career as a singer.
- Bae Suzy as Go Hae-Ri: Go Hae-Ri is a National Intelligence Service agent. She is shown to be a modest being. She chooses the life of a civil servant to support her family financially. But she later becomes a covert operative. She is shown to be the possible love interest of Cha Dal-gun who takes charge after Cha Dal-gun dies. She intends to take revenge on the people who hurt Cha Dal-gun.
Bae Suzy, who plays Go Hae-Ri in Vagabond is a South Korean actress and singer. She was a part of the girl group Miss A under JYP Entertainment. She made her debut in a television series ‘Dream High’. Later she also worked in ‘Gu Family Book’, ‘Uncontrollably Fond’, ‘While You Were Sleeping’, and ‘Start-Up’.
- Shin Sung-rok as Gi Tae-ung: Shin Sung-rok plays the role of the head of the National Intelligence Agency. He works in close association with Go Hae-Ri and is portrayed to be a kind and modest person.
Shin Sung-rok is a South Korean actor. He has been a part of many movies and television series but is best known for his theatre work.
Vagabond Season 2: Crew
Vagabond is written by Jung Kyung Soon and Jang Young Chul. It is directed by Yoo In Shik. These people will likely be involved in the creation of the upcoming season as well. Marcos de la Rose is deeply involved in the creation of this television series.

Vagabond season 1 was a huge hit. Viewers loved it, and since 2019 they have been waiting for an update regarding season 2. But as of now, there has been no official news regarding season 2 of Vagabond. However, the creators of the show have shown interest in continuing Vagabond. But nothing is official.

The creators of the show are interested in making a 2nd season of Vagabond. But no official announcements have been made. The first season came out towards the end of 2019. So it is likely that the work on season 2 might have been on halt because of the pandemic. If the creators are planning on releasing season 2 of Vagabond, it is likely to be released in 2021.
