Moana 2 Crew
Generally, Disney maintains its tradition of having the same team handle the sequels, and this has proven a successful strategy for the franchise, as the original makers have a better grasp over the story and can do justice to the sequel. While there are no official confirmations made by Disney about the movie yet, we can expect Disney to sign John Musker and Ron Clements to direct the sequel, while the movie to be written by Jared Bush as with the original movie.
When will Moana 2 Premiere?
Given that the sequel is yet to receive the official green signal, it is too early to talk about its premiere dates. However, Disney has reserved several slots for its upcoming releases, allowing the fans to make an intelligent guess for the Moana sequel. If rumors are to be believed, the sequel to Zootoopia would probably get a summer release, and the slot for November 2021 or early 2022 can be set for the release of Moana 2 release. However, it is to be noted that Disney has several slots free for the 2021-2022 season, considering several MCU flicks with many new movies that Disney Films acquired with the Fox takeover.
