Is Poldark Season 6 Renewed or Cancelled?
Due to the anticipation and anxiety in season 6 of the Poldark release, rumors have that season 6 will not be aired. Since the show has been on air since 2015, the five seasons have been spectacularly successful, having a brilliant storyline. The show came to an end in 2019.

Season one took place in 1781, and it was in 1783 when Captain Ross Poldark returned from the ongoing American War of Independence to Nampara, his home. His family and friends thought that Captain would be dead since it had been three years since he went to the war. Upon his return, he realizes that Joshua’s father is dead and the estate is in ruins, plus it is in debt.
Additionally, the woman he had hoped to marry is now engaged to Captain’s cousin. On top of that, all the property he had been allowed to inherit has deteriorated.
In the late 1700s, that’s when conflicts among rich and poor came along, and it was the time when fishermen did not have enough catch. However, it was the same period that prices of food and rent went high, and since the prices of copper went low, the mines had to be shut down.
Throughout the five seasons, there is difficulty in family issues, marriage, losing loved ones, the birth of children, and wars.
