Story Plot

Norsemen is set in 790s Norway, and as the story progresses, numerous people take on leading roles. The plot follows the lives of Vikings in Norheim, with day-to-day events and varied degrees of humorous turmoil. As the series unfolds, conflicts with adjacent villages, particularly a rival tribe led by the cruel Jarl Varg, and the efforts of a Roman slave named Rufus to moderate the situation, become more prevalent. While his brother Olav, the chieftain, is on a raid, Conradi portrays Orm, the acting chieftain. He made his theatrical debut at Oslo Nye Teater in 1989 and worked at the Nationaltheatret from 1995, after graduating from the Norwegian Theatre Academy and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

In 2016, the actor received a Hedda Award for the best male actor.
